Products
Our yarns demonstrate our broad and potential scope in the textile industry. They are created with care from the selection of materials to the use of advanced technology. As a result, there are different varieties of yarns, where one material can influence the technology and the final result. This allows us to offer a wide range of products that adapt to diverse needs. Each of our products is the result of a meticulous and careful process.

Harnessing Cutting-Edge Spinning Technologies for Industry Versatility

Our textile production leverages a diverse range of cutting-edge spinning technologies, fulfilling our commitment to innovation and versatility in yarn manufacturing. By harnessing a variety of technologies, our operations achieve a comprehensive spectrum of yarn types, meeting various industry demands.
Carded
The carding process plays a crucial role in textile production by cleaning and straightening to form carded sliver. Carding partially straightens fibers and forms a thin web that binds together into a smooth rope known as carded sliver or roving. The carding machine consists of cylinders with a thick, heavy lining called flats.
Combed
The combed yarn process involves ordering the fibers in parallel position and removing short fibers, which is ideal for long fiber cotton. The main goal is to ensure yarn uniformity and quality, as combed fibers have a more uniform length and greater strength. Although this process is more expensive and involves some fiber wastage, it is essential for producing high-performance yarns.
Open End
The combed yarn process involves ordering the fibers in parallel position and removing short fibers, which is ideal for long fiber cotton. The main goal is to ensure yarn uniformity and quality, as combed fibers have a more uniform length and greater strength. Although this process is more expensive and involves some fiber wastage, it is essential for producing high-performance yarns.
MVS
Offers a versatile range of yarns with diverse structures and properties. In this process, stretched fibers are expertly directed into a spinning machine by an air vortex. As they pass through the spindle orifice, the fibers are twisted by swirling air. This method enables impressive yarn production speeds, focusing on torsion insertion through high-speed airflow, making it a promising technological innovation in the textile industry.
Ring Spun
We typically employ the draw frame breaker and draw frame finisher, commonly referred to as "manuar" or stretchers. The draw frame breaker plays a pivotal role in enhancing fiber uniformity by folding the tapes from the carding machine. Its primary function is to unite, parallelize, and homogenize these tapes, which are then stretched through the drafting system to form a single tape.
Blends
In our blends line, we carefully blend different types of fibers, from polyester to rayon and cotton, to create fabrics of exceptional quality. These blends can be mechanical or intimate, the latter ensuring superior quality in each thread. Additionally, the price of each blend varies depending on the percentage of cotton and the chosen shade, ensuring customized options that suit your needs and preferences.
Slubs
Whether carded or combed, this technique is distinguished by its chain of threads alternating between thick and thin, creating a captivating visual and tactile effect in each fabric. Slub, as a controlled defect, adds a distinctive charm to our creations, bestowing a pattern or design that can vary in prominence according to preferences and machinery used.
Injected
It stands out for its versatility and ability to deliver exceptional results. Using the same machinery as slub, this method involves injecting the yarn with a base of cotton or polyester, depending on specific needs. This technique allows for the creation of unique and customized effects, as the change in fiber base can drastically alter the final appearance of the fabric.
Siro
It emerges as a unique and distinguished option. Although its production capacity is limited and its usage not as widespread, the effect it achieves is truly remarkable. It is characterized by the twist of two compositions, with a higher percentage of 60% and a lower percentage of 40%, creating a distinct and pronounced finish that stands out in every fabric.

MVS

This unique spinning technology, developed by Murata Machinery, Ltd. Textile Machinery Div., is transforming the landscape of textile manufacturing. In traditional open-end spinning, fibers are fed into a rotor that creates a vortex of air to twist and bind the fibers into a yarn. Murata’s Vortex Spinning technology enhances this process by introducing additional air pressure and tension to the fibers, creating a more controlled spinning process. This results in several benefits, including faster production, high yarn quality, energy efficiency, versatility, and reduced hairiness. We are proud to use MVS machines in our mills, including our newest facility, Northern Spinning.

True Heathers

True heathers refer to a specific type of fabric characterized by its unique blend of yarns, typically combining different-colored fibers to create a muted, textured appearance with a soft, nuanced tone. This fabric achieves its distinct visual effect by blending fibers of various hues before spinning, resulting in a fabric with a multi-dimensional, heathered look. This fabric's subtle variations in color lend a natural and organic feel, making it a popular choice for creating cozy, casual, and versatile apparel pieces.
