Carded

It offers advantages like efficient fiber cleaning, impurity removal, and improved alignment, resulting in a more uniform, higher-quality product. It also prepares various fibers for subsequent processes, ensuring consistency and optimizing material use.

Combed

Aligns fibers in parallel and removes short fibers, ideal for long fibers. It ensures yarn uniformity, offering greater strength and consistent length. Though more costly with some fiber wastage, it's essential for high-performance yarns and durable fabrics.

Open End

Improves yarn quality, providing greater strength and uniformity. Optimizes the production process, reducing waste and ensuring a perfect finish. Additionally, it delivers yarn ready for use, with consistent presentation and high quality.

MVS

Ring Spun

Creates a unique effect with alternating thick and thin threads, giving fabrics a distinctive visual and tactile appeal. Slub adds charm, with patterns varying in prominence based on preferences and machinery. It also offers a smooth, uniform texture when needed.

Siro

Offers versatility, delivering exceptional results by injecting yarn with a cotton or polyester base, depending on needs. It creates unique, customized effects, with the fiber base and dyeing capacity influencing the final appearance, from subtle to vibrant.

Injected

Stands out for its unique effect, achieved by twisting two compositions to create a distinct finish. It adds strength and stretch to the yarn. The process can be customized with carded or combed rovings for the desired outcome.
